More than just a job:
As a Pool Service & Repair Technician, you’ll help create backyard memories for local families and commercial partners by delivering sparkling, clean, and chemically safe swimming pools. You’ll market Poolwerx supplies to clients and manage stock in your van. You’ll need to think on your feet to resolve challenges and’ll work independently while building relationships with clients.

Pool Service & Repair Technician Responsibilities:

• Provide reliable, efficient, and professional service to clients and follow up with each customer
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, heaters, sanitizers, and filters
• Perform repairs and/or installations professionally and safely, in line with manufacturer recommendations and applicable codes
• Communicate repair needs with clients and the service department
• Ensure proper functioning of all pool systems and maintain cleanliness of the pool area

What You’ll Need:

• Valid driver’s license
• Be 21 or older for motor vehicle insurance purposes
• Provide DMV record if selected for an interview
• Ability to lift or carry up to 50 lbs
• Applicable state licenses and/or certifications preferred but not required
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) preferred
• Bilingual preferred
• Customer service experience required
• Sales experience is a plus
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar position
