Pay Rate: Starting at 22/hr

Position Summary: Anistar is seeking experienced Low Voltage Service Technician to provide assistance with the installation, termination, and testing of various types of audio visual cable and hardware.

• Crimp, solder, wire pull, label, terminate, and other technical tasks associated with A/V systems.
• Assist with and perform installation tasks in a timely and quality conscious manner.
• Troubleshoot and repair newly installed and existing custom AV and multimedia systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve control system programming issues.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.
• Assist with mechanical fabrication and basic rack wiring.
• Accurate documentation of field conditions at the end of the project.
• Make appropriate “red line” changes to system drawings as required.
• Strong computer skills related to the Audio-Visual industry.
• Travel and work at various job sites.
• Think and work independently and meet necessary deadlines.
• Effective interaction with employees, customers and colleagues.
• Work overtime when necessary.
• PC proficiency – problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and be a safe driver.

Be able to regularly climb and work from ladders up to heights of 35 feet; lift equipment, tools and materials and load/unload equipment weighing a minimum of 75 pounds.
