• Full-time position $70-75K salary with bonus and commission based on experience

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Proactively follow community progress and ensure builder deadlines are being met
• Quality walks are being performed and completed in a timely manner
• Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
• Build and maintain all customer relationships
• Mentor and train employees improving the team
• Must possess a positive attitude and be a team player
• Additional responsibilities assigned by the manager

• Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
• Electrical Experience in residential production home building preferred
• Ability to manage sub crews and service technicians
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and Municipality requirements
• Willingness to perform physical demands of position when necessary
• Self-motivated and driven individuals who are looking to further develop their career

• At least 2 year of experience in the electrical field
