Experience leading teams and managing high‑quality electrical projects is essential.

• Full‑time position with a $70–75K salary plus bonus and commission based on experience
• Company‑issued vehicle with gas card, tolls, and maintenance covered

• Maintain a safe working environment for all employees
• Proactively track community progress and ensure builder deadlines are met
• Conduct quality walks and complete them in a timely manner
• Work with estimating/warehouse to ensure jobs are pulled accurately
• Build and maintain all customer relationships
• Mentor and train employees to improve the team
• Maintain a positive attitude and be a team player
• Perform additional responsibilities assigned by the manager

• Residential Wireman electrical license or better preferred
• Electrical experience in residential production home building preferred
• Ability to manage sub‑crews and service technicians
• Strong understanding of National Electrical Code and municipal requirements
• Willingness to perform the physical demands of the position when necessary
• Self‑motivated and driven individuals looking to further develop their career

• At least 2 years of experience in the electrical field
