Mechanical Foreman

The Mechanical Foreman is responsible for supervising and coordinating the daily activities of pipe fitters, welders, and related trades on job sites. This role ensures work is completed safely, on schedule, and in accordance with project plans, specifications, and quality standards.

• Supervise, direct, and support pipe fitters, welders, and labor personnel
• Plan daily work activities and assign tasks to crew members
• Ensure work is performed according to drawings, specifications, and codes Monitor productivity, quality, and job progress
• Enforce safety policies and promote a strong safety culture Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades
• Track materials, tools, and equipment needs
• Review and report daily job progress, manpower, and issues Identify and resolve field issues efficiently

• 5+ years of experience in mechanical construction, piping, or industrial work
• Prior foreman or lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of piping systems, welding processes and installation methods
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and isometrics
• Working knowledge of safety regulations and jobsite best practices
• Strong leadership and communication skills
