Responsibilities:

• Assess the needs of walk-in and phone callers to refer them to appropriate services.
• Assist in scheduling initial psychiatric assessments for patients seeking treatment for substance abuse, dual diagnosis, or psychiatric disorders, and present symptoms to psychiatrists for treatment recommendations.
• Refer and triage patients to other treatment sources when appropriate.
• Answer inquiries about treatment and the facility, present treatment options, document calls, and set appointments.
• Coordinate with the business office to ensure smooth admission processes.

Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with clerical duties.
