Alpha is not a conventional school. Here, students complete their core academic work in only two hours per day through AI-driven platforms. The remainder of the day is dedicated to real-world competencies—public speaking, analytical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful projects.

No traditional lectures. No filler assignments. Just accelerated mastery and performance outcomes in the top 1% nationally. This approach requires a distinct form of family partnership—which is where your leadership becomes essential.

You will serve as the primary representative for your campus, spearheading efforts to expand enrollment, establish trust, and cultivate advocacy. You'll facilitate impactful information sessions, develop strong community ties, and transform curiosity into committed waitlist activity. Your responsibilities extend beyond initial recruitment. You'll also function as the central resource for families across their entire Alpha experience—resolving questions, reinforcing satisfaction, and empowering parents to become vocal advocates for the model.

This is a role defined by trust and autonomy, with tangible accountability. You'll operate from a single campus, maintaining consistent on-site presence and producing measurable results—not simply executing predetermined protocols. • Managing the complete parent relationship—from initial contact to sustained engagement—for a single campus location
• Delivering persuasive information sessions and individualized consultations that transform interested parents into dedicated supporters
• Acting as the main parent liaison—addressing concerns, strengthening satisfaction, and ensuring every family experiences consistent support following their enrollment in Alpha
• Establishing visibility and credibility through regular on-site engagement, local alliances, and targeted community outreach
• Mobilizing parent advocates to drive referrals and expand community influence

• Depending on formulaic sales approaches or impersonal communication
• Assigning relationship development to campus personnel or assuming a passive role
• Allowing coordinated parent coalitions to compromise or redefine Alpha's educational framework
• Operating remotely—this role requires deep integration into the parent journey and community presence

Lead enrollment growth and family retention at your campus through the cultivation of high-trust parent relationships from initial inquiry to sustained satisfaction and active advocacy.

• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
• 5+ years of experience with families in educational outreach or enrollment
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
• Proven ability to earn trust and guide sophisticated decision‑making
• Deep belief in Alpha's accelerated, high‑expectation learning model
