Order Puller

Join to apply for the Order Puller role at Star Pipe Products.

• Pulls orders and packages material for shipment to meet customer requirements using forklifts and other equipment.
• Ships orders to be delivered on the requested date.
• Receives branch-to-branch transfers, customer returns, and overseas containers within strict time frames.
• Maintains warehouse and yard cleanliness and safety.

• Operates forklifts safely and follows proper procedures.
• Collects products using RF system, inspects for accuracy and quality.
• Packages products according to standards.
• Completes RF functions for bills of lading, loads/unloads vehicles, inspects deliveries.
• Performs warehouse maintenance and safety inspections.
• Pulls orders accurately, stocks inventory, and communicates issues to management.

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1-3 years warehouse experience and 1-year forklift driving experience.

• Forklift operation skills, good situational awareness.
• Preferred:
  Good communication, prioritization, teamwork, basic computer skills, attention to detail.

• Lift/move up to 75 lbs, stand, walk, crouch, climb, kneel, push/pull heavy loads.

• Various climate conditions, occasional overtime, weekend and Saturday work may be required.

The Order Puller supports shipping, receiving, stocking, inventory, and warehouse maintenance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and accuracy to serve customers and coworkers effectively.
