Material Handler
ITAD USA LLC, an industry‑leading provider of IT asset disposition and reverse logistics services, is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team in Carrollton, TX. This role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals who are eager to learn and advance their careers in a rapidly growing industry.
Responsibilities- Pick and prepare orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
- Receive and sort inbound inventory (pick, unload, label, store)
- Maintain inventory accuracy and keep quality standards high for audits
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Report any discrepancies
- Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
- Operate and maintain warehouse vehicles and equipment
- Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Experience in reverse logistics or ITAD preferred
- Proven working experience as a warehouse worker
- Proficiency in inventory management systems
- Familiarity with 5S and Lean production practices
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lift heavy objects
- High school diploma or GED required
- General labor: 1 year (Preferred)
- Relevant: 1 year (Preferred)
- Production: 1 year (Preferred)
Location: Carrollton, TX 75006 (Required)
License: Forklift Certified (Preferred)
Work authorization: United States (Required)

Job Type: Full‑time
Salary: $12.00 to $14.00 per hour
