Warehouse Lead

We are looking for an experienced candidate to join our warehouse in Carrollton, TX as the Lead. As the warehouse lead you will assist the warehouse supervisor in ensuring safety, customer service, order selection, order accuracy, general maintenance of warehouse equipment, and personnel supervision. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operational needs are met and exceed daily performance expectations to increase the company’s overall performance and customer satisfaction.

• Distribute orders
• Help maintain daily operations tempo at a high standard, ensuring selectors are clocking in and out at the proper times, productive during work hours, and followed up with as the day progresses
• Assist selectors when they are falling behind
• Ensure all selectors are complying with company regulatory and safety policies
• Check orders
• Maintain and utilize warehouse equipment and perform user‑level preventive maintenance
• Coordinate loading
• Be a key holder and lock‑up for the day
• Open on Sundays for loading and organize Sunday rotation among order selectors

• Regularly required to lift 50 lbs or more
• Regularly required to stand, stoop, squat, lift, and kneel
• Operate a motorized pallet jack
• Operate a standing forklift
• Any other duties or tasks that the company requires

• $20/hour
• Benefits after 60 days
