Job Title:
Learning & Organisational Development Administrator
Location: Knockbracken Healthcare Park
Hours: 15 hours per week between 9am - 5pm 3 days per week
Salary: Band 3 - £12.75 per hour
We are seeking a highly organised and motivated Learning & Organisational Development Administrator to join our team at Knockbracken Healthcare Park. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the delivery of a high-quality, client-focused HR Learning and Development service.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the Learning and Development Team by coordinating administrative activities, maintaining systems, and ensuring compliance with governance and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities- Provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Learning & Development Team in line with Trust policies and procedures.
- Manage and prioritise the team's day-to-day administrative workload.
- Maintain and update the Digital Learning Management System and provide guidance on its use.
- Produce training activity reports and support data collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Ensure accurate completion and processing of documentation relating to training activities, including
- Mandatory training
- Assistance to study

- Corporate Welcome programmes
- Personal Development and Performance Reviews (PDPRs)
- Provide advice and guidance to staff and managers on Learning & Development policies and procedures.
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems, ensuring compliance with data protection and record-keeping standards.
- Support the promotion and marketing of Learning & Development initiatives across the Trust.
- Coordinate training resources, equipment, and stationery, including procurement where required.
- Organise meetings, take minutes, and support training programme planning and delivery.
- Work collaboratively with key stakeholders, including staff, managers, trade unions, and service users.
- Assist with surveys and projects to support continuous service improvement.
- 5 GCSEs (Grade A‑C), including English Language and Maths (or equivalent), plus 2 years' administrative or customer service experience at Band 2 (or equivalent)
- NVQ Level 2 in Administration/Customer Service plus GCSE English and Maths (Grade A‑C or equivalent), plus 2 years' relevant experience
- At least 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A proactive and customer‑focused approach
