• Implement and support strategies for sales and support technology to enhance productivity and effectiveness
• Develop reporting and analyze trends to provide strategic direction to sales and support leaders
• Create training documentation and manage training programs regarding sales technology and processes
• Develop and implement strategies for data management, integrity, and validation in sales force automation tools
• Support testing initiatives for ongoing CRM updates and changes

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, business system support, or business analysis
• 2+ years of experience in business analytics or CRM/Salesforce automation
• Strong analytical, organization, and decision-making skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills

• Experience working closely with Sales Operations, Product Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT in data analysis and reporting
• Good understanding of contact center and/or sales organization processes
• Ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Familiarity with database configuration and system modules
