• Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers in national large tier and mid-tier single-family builder groups
• Conduct market research to identify and strategize entry into new business channels
• Utilize marketing programs to maximize market-share growth
• Document all sales activities using CRM tools
• Represent the product portfolio at builder shows and industry events

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 6+ years of sales and business development experience
• Experience in growing business in new channels
• Proven ability to influence others and drive results
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

• Experience with residential security integrators
• Familiarity with the single-family builder channel industry
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Willingness to travel at least 50%
