• Oversee day-to-day field operations across multiple project sites
• Lead, mentor, and develop field personnel
• Coordinate labor, equipment, materials, and project schedules
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget
• Conduct site inspections and maintain quality control standards
• Enforce company safety policies and regulatory compliance requirements
• Collaborate with customers, inspectors, and project stakeholders
• Support training initiatives and continuous improvement efforts

• 3+ years of Superintendent, Foreman, or field leadership experience
• Experience managing multiple crews and project sites
• Strong knowledge of construction operations and jobsite safety practices
• Ability to read plans, coordinate schedules, and drive project execution
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout Northern Nevada
