You will shape event production and keynotes narratives by synthesizing input from executives and cross-functional teams, then bring them to life through immersive visuals, engaging environments, and emotionally resonant moments. From concept to live execution, you will ensure every detail aligns with strategic goals and elevates the brand experience across the Oracle event portfolio, including the Net Suite Global Business Unit.
This position requires deep expertise in live show production, executive speaker support, and high-stakes storytelling. You’ll work closely with executive content teams, creatives, and production partners to align show flow, messaging, and visual execution. In addition to executive producing keynotes yourself, you’ll mentor and lead a team of talented producers, stay on the cutting edge of storytelling trends, and continuously seek ways to raise the bar for keynote impact.
Responsibilities- Lead creative direction for all event production and keynote presentations across Oracle and Net Suite events, championing innovation and audience engagement.
- Oversee execution of all elements—including storytelling, stage design, visuals, lighting, sound, media, interactivity, and show flow.
- Serve as Executive Producer for select keynotes or support other EPs to ensure excellence.
- Tailor keynotes to resonate with global audiences, adapting to local cultures while upholding creative standards.
- Ensure that the storytelling/messaging align to brand messaging and tone of voice, both creatively and from a production standpoint.
- Manage, mentor, and inspire a team of producers, technical leads, and creative partners—providing clear direction and expectations.
- Partner with executive presenters to refine storytelling, delivery, and presence for maximum impact.
- Align with broader event goals, collaborating across creative, content, technical, and other teams.
- Continuously explore new formats, tools, and storytelling techniques to keep Oracle’s event experiences innovative and future focused.
- Ongoing assessment of creative and production agencies in the marketplace.

US:
Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment.
