• Perform advanced customer service activities for specialized financial products and services
• Investigate and respond to customer inquiries regarding complex financial issues
• Resolve customer service inquiries and recommend appropriate solutions

• Document customer interactions and complete service requests efficiently

• Minimum educational requirement:
  Associate’s degree or equivalent experience
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in customer service or financial products
• Required FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) licenses
• Knowledgeable in managing customer interactions and delivering quality service
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple priorities

• Experience in a financial services environment
• Proven track record of relationship building with clients
• Familiarity with compliance and risk management practices
• Technical support experience
• Commitment to continual improvement processes
