Part-time Instructor, Machine Tool Technology; Fallon

Position: Part-time Instructor, Machine Tool Technology (Fallon)
* Associate’s degree or equivalent from a regionally accredited institution of higher education in Machine Tool Technology or professionally related area. Or, a combination of education and professional experience.
* One year of work experience in machining or related area.
* National Institute for Metalworking Skills (NIMS) certification, any level (chucking, surface griding, milling and measurement, etc.) or any industry-recognized metalworking certification or ability to obtain within one year of hire.
* Experience teaching in a community college setting.
* Assist with the instruction of course and be available to students within the contract period.
* Maintain accurate student records, including attendance and grades.
* Participate in orientations, division and faculty meetings as required.
* Participate in student assessment and student retention activities as required.
* Maintain instructional materials, labs, inventories, etc.
* Other duties as assigned.
