- Deep understanding of customer needs, business drivers, and competitive offerings
- Ability to solve complex problems and lead accounts with high financial/strategic impact
- Experience in negotiating and influencing long-term client relationships
- Experience serving as a consultant to management on business unit market trends
- Proven track record of developing innovative solutions for complex challenges
