• Prepare analytical records, statistics, and reports related to outside plant functions
• Examine project documentation to ensure data completeness and accuracy
• Support engineering and construction personnel by collecting and verifying necessary data
• Maintain data integrity of outside plant‑related tools
• Evaluate and recommend changes in methods and procedures within assigned responsibilities

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) or 4+ years of professional work experience
• 4+ years of utility construction and/or engineering experience
• 1+ years of analytical experience
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously

• Experience with SAP and Ariba
• Project management experience or exposure
• 2+ years of telecommunications experience
• Organized, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and GIS
