- Supervise all on-site munitions response activities as the lead UXO specialist
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee operational range clearance activities
- Review and approve field reports, ensuring compliance with safety regulations
- Develop required health and safety plans for munitions responses
- Evaluate risks associated with munitions movement and provide necessary approvals
- Minimum 10 years of EOD/MEC experience if an EOD school graduate, or 13 years if a graduate of a UXO Technician I school
- Must meet criteria for UXO-TIII, UXOQCS, and UXOSO
- Experience in supervising UXO teams and conducting safety briefings
- Knowledge of DoD Military Service- and/or DDESB-approved site plans
- Ability to develop and implement quality control plans and risk analyses
- Experience in explosives safety and compliance with federal and state regulations
- Familiarity with quality control audits and corrective action documentation
- Background in developing health and safety plans for explosive-related activities
- Previous leadership experience in munitions response operations
- Strong understanding of operational safety measures and risk mitigation strategies
