• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in wastewater treatment plant design, including biosolids treatment train design and odor control
• Lead the execution of advanced solution strategies to ensure effective outcomes for clients
• Provide technical expertise to resolve complex engineering challenges and deliver solutions that meet customer requirements
• Oversee the preparation of bid documents, detailed designs, and specifications for wastewater treatment projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive continuous improvement in quality, service, and operational efficiency

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related technical/business field, or equivalent work experience
• Proven project management experience on large-scope project types
• Advanced knowledge of wastewater treatment plant design, biosolids treatment, and related systems
• Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to interpret complex information

• Professional registration in engineering or related field
• Experience in construction management and startup/commissioning services
• Familiarity with industry regulations, standards, and best practices
• Proficiency in relevant engineering software and Microsoft Office programs
• Ability to provide guidance and mentorship to team members
