Are you passionate about environmental sustainability and eager to lead impactful projects across the country? We’re seeking dynamic Environmental Project Managers to join our team and drive innovative solutions for complex environmental challenges.
As an Environmental Project Manager, you will oversee and execute diverse environmental projects, including remediation, groundwater management, soil and air quality assessments, landfill operations, and slurry wall construction. You’ll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and manage environmental projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance on remediation, groundwater, soil, air quality, landfill operations, and slurry wall projects.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and professional growth.
- Budget & Schedule Management: Develop project budgets, track expenses, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay updated on environmental laws and regulations, ensuring all projects meet local, state, and federal requirements.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare detailed reports, proposals, and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience managing environmental projects, including remediation, groundwater, soil, air, landfill, or slurry wall projects.
- Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and compliance requirements.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
