Job Overview
This position leads the ATG and Red Jacket portfolio product by driving customer satisfaction through superior support and resolution. The individual works closely with Field Service, Technical Support, Product Management, Commercialization, Engineering, and Quality to provide technical recommendations based on field experiences, focusing on new product and customer problem solving and adoption.
Responsibilities- Ensure an improved feedback loop between product management and engineering to increase new product vitality.
- Drive share gain by championing innovative platforms and features that maintain market leadership and differentiate from competitors.
- Define target customer segment, identify pain points, develop and validate a commercial hypothesis, and outline a clear value proposition and positioning.
- Champion customer requirements throughout the process and ensure development meets them through engagement and field trial execution.
- Ensure support applications are in place to simplify doing business with our Environmental Solutions brands.
- Partner with commercialization to develop robust launch plans, including global product content/assets, competitive comparisons, value‑based pricing, sales enablement tools, launch presentations, and training materials.
- Cultivate relationships with key technology partners to enhance GVR’s digital ecosystem, drive experimentation, and scale solutions for maximum impact.
- Global responsibility: heavy focus on North America with some international travel possible.
- 3+ years in technical/engineering backgrounds with deep understanding of fueling infrastructure.
- Ability to generate precise technical feedback to ensure new product hardware and software work as needed in the field.
- Customer‑centric mindset and comfort talking to end customers to help product adoption.
- Ability to travel 25%+ of the time.
- 2+ years of familiarity working with Veeder‑Root’s Environmental Solutions portfolio.
The base compensation range for this position is $100,000 to $120,000 per annum. Your actual base salary will be determined based on relevant experience, skills, location, credentials, and internal equity.
