Senior Safety Specialist

• Conduct safety inspections and audits on-site
• Maintain and administer the Project Safety Environmental and Health Plan (PSHEP)
• Perform risk assessments and hazard identification
• Lead work site training and education sessions
• Investigate incidents and accidents to ensure regulatory compliance

• Must be a US Citizen
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction industry safety or general industry safety, or 4 years with relevant certifications (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, STS)
• Completion of OSHA 30-hour training or equivalent
• Strong understanding of OSHA, EM 385-1-1, and relevant safety regulations
• Ability to communicate effectively and lead safety training sessions

• Professional certification (CSP, ASP, CHST, OHST, STS)
• Competent Person Designation in LOTO, Scaffolding, Fall Protection, Excavation
