The Sports book Agents (Ticket Writers) play a critical role in delivering an outstanding customer experience at our sports book. You will process wagers, answer questions, and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements.

We are looking to fill two full-time and one part-time position.

Qualifications & Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience as a ticket writer in a sports book required.
• Must be 21+ years of age and able to obtain and maintain a Nevada gaming registration.
• Willingness to learn new technology.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and math skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, any shift, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to stand at the sports book counter for a prolonged period of time; 8+ hour shift.
• Regularly lift, move, push, and pull objects weighing at least 30 pounds without assistance.
• The noise level in the work environment can be loud and smoky.
