Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Carson City, NV, for a Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities include overseeing financial planning, analyzing financial statements, managing financial reporting, and ensuring the overall financial health of the company. The Vice President of Finance will lead the finance department, develop budgets, conduct financial forecasting, and provide strategic financial guidance to senior management. Duties also include ensuring compliance with financial regulations and managing relationships with external auditors and financial institutions.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Financial Planning and Finance management
• Proficiency in analyzing and preparing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
• Exceptional Analytical Skills
• A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or related field is required; MBA or CPA is preferred
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Ability to work on-site in Carson City, NV
