• Progress towards Subject Matter Expertise (SME) and lead in resolving technical issues
• Serve as the primary customer contact and interface with technical support
• Interact daily with users and provide SME support for the ALIS/ODIN product suite
• Perform backups, restores, and disaster recovery of systems and databases
• Maintain and monitor system, software, firewall, and account operations

• Active Secret or higher security clearance
• Familiarity with ALIS/ODIN Administrator tasks and responsibilities
• Experience providing technical leadership and support to ALIS/ODIN Administrators
• Ability to function independently in Administrator disciplines and provide technical guidance
• Knowledge of configuration management and security posture of ALIS/ODIN and MPSE systems

• Experience in a technical leadership role within a defense or security context
• Background working with government clients and understanding of their operational needs
• Familiarity with disaster recovery protocols and system monitoring tools
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with users and technical teams
• Previous experience with ALIS/ODIN or similar defense systems
