Your primary focus is managing complex litigation and counseling on various risk areas, including regulatory, competition, healthcare law, and more. You will handle and win multi‑million dollar disputes, minimize risk through proactive counseling, and represent the company in high‑stakes legal proceedings. You will also forge relationships with vendors and industry collaborators, ensuring compliance with existing and developing legal frameworks in the US and abroad.

• Eye for detail, a creative mind, and excellent communication, writing, and analytic skills.
• Strong academic and professional background.
• JD with experience counseling toward risk mitigation, drafting motions and briefs, taking depositions, conducting oral arguments, leading settlement negotiations, and trying cases. Competition and regulatory litigation experience is a plus.
