OPERATIONS - PROPERTY MANAGER

• Salary: $18.00–$20.00 per hour

• Work independently to manage daily property operations.
• Provide exceptional service to customers, answering inquiries, assisting with storage needs, and processing rental agreements.
• Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Process payments, issue receipts, and manage delinquent accounts, including collection efforts.
• Conduct cash drawer audits and execute bank deposits per company policies.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maximizing units available for rent.

• Valid driver’s license.
• Cash handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work unsupervised.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to multitask.
• Experience in sales.

• Conduct property walks during shifts.
• Spend about 50% of time outdoors, walking, climbing stairs, and opening large doors.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the property, including regular inspections and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and changing light bulbs.
• Transport lift/move items weighing up to 35 pounds.
• May be required to run errands for the facility and travel/commute to other store locations.

Average Day:

As a Property Manager, your day will be dynamic and diverse. You will prepare for opening, ensure everything is clean, the cash drawer is correct, and conduct a property walk through. Throughout the day, you will assist customers in finding the right storage solutions, handle rental agreements, process payments, and address any concerns. In between customer interactions, you will perform inspections and ensure safety and security measures are in place.

You will also engage in virtual meetings, collaborative projects, and continue training. Your day will end with closing procedures, ensuring the property is secure. With a work/life balance that allows you to work five days a week (no Sundays) and be off work by 6 pm, you will have time for personal pursuits.
