this position is for a program manager (director of plans operations and readiness), pd# d1888p01, part of the nevada army national guard. The primary purpose of this position is to serve as the director of plans, operations, and readiness for the jfhq-state. The incumbent serves as the principal staff officer responsible for assisting the commander in the discharge of assigned responsibility for the direction and control of all operations.
