Production & Manufacturing Associate

Location:

Carson City, Nevada | Job Type: Contract-to-Hire | Shift: Monday – Friday | 6 AM - 2 PM or 3 PM - 11 PM

• Inspect and assemble electronic or mechanical components
• Operate SMT machines and related equipment
• Handle and organize materials and inventory
• Use measurement tools and test equipment to verify product specs
• Document results and report any issues
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow safety guidelines

• Interest in electronics, manufacturing, or warehouse operations (training provided!)
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, team-oriented, and eager to learn
• Comfortable using hand tools and learning new equipment
• Familiarity with diagrams or schematics is a plus

Pay: $18.00 – $23.00/hr (contract-to-hire potential) | Opportunities for growth and cross‑training | Supportive team environment
