Certified Nursing Assistant; CNA

Job Summary

Gardnerville Health and Rehabilitation Center is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to perform a combination of duties in caring for residents in the center, consistent with the plan of care and established long-term care standards.

Pay range: $21.00/hr - $25.00/hr.

Sign‑on bonus: $4000.

AM shifts available.

• Answer signal lights.
• Provide assistance with bathing, dressing, toiletry, and oral hygiene activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Serve and collect food trays and feed residents requiring help.
• Transport residents using wheelchair or wheeled cart or assist residents to walk.
• Turn and reposition residents, alone or with assistance.
• Take and record vital signs, food and fluid intake and output, and weight, as directed.
• Complete documentation.

• Required:
  
  Current certification as a nursing assistant in the state of employment.
• Required:
  
  High school graduate or equivalent.
• Ability to work well in a team setting.
