Physical Therapist Assistant

We seek a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse with specialties in Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room. The Registered Nurse will provide skilled nursing care, case management, and hospice care to individuals facing advancing age, frailty, and serious illness. Daily responsibilities include patient assessments, medication administration, treatment planning, and collaboration with the interdisciplinary team. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience is required.

• Perform patient assessments and monitor patient condition.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement treatment plans.
• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
• Provide skilled nursing care in various specialties including Medical/Surgical, ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, and Operating Room.
• Manage case and hospice care for patients with advancing age, frailty, and serious illness.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment.
• Communicate clearly with patients, families, and healthcare providers.

• Active Registered Nurse license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in hospital, home health, or hospice care.
• Clinical assessment, medication administration, and treatment planning skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Driver's license, car insurance, and reliable automobile for fieldwork.

• Experience in multiple nursing specialties such as ICU, ER, Psychiatric, Labor & Delivery, PACU, or Operating Room.
• Additional certifications relevant to specialty areas.

• May require flexibility to work in hospice, ICU, ER, or other specialized environments.
• Strong collaboration and communication with interdisciplinary teams is critical.
• On-call duties may be required depending on assignment.

Work schedule typically includes day shifts; shift patterns may vary based on facility needs. Overtime may be required and compensated at 1.5 times regular pay. Holiday work weeks are scheduled with guaranteed workweek (GWW) provisions.
