Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality nursing care to LTC residents
- Perform assessments and follow individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments per facility guidelines
- Document resident status and interventions accurately
- Communicate effectively with the care team, residents, and families
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
- Active NV LPN license
- Minimum 1 year of recent LTC experience
- Current BLS certification
- Ability to work independently during NOC shifts
