What You’ll Do

• Lead, develop, and enforce the company’s Quality Management System across all functions
• Oversee quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians to ensure compliance and performance
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for nonconformance and process improvements
• Coordinate internal and external audits to meet AS9100 and ISO 14001 certification standards
• Review vendor quality, materials, and documentation for compliance with customer requirements
• Collaborate with leadership to define objectives, metrics, and quality improvement initiatives
• Prepare reports, data analysis, and management presentations on quality trends and actions
• Manage QMS documentation, approvals, and training programs to maintain system integrity

Experience You’ll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, or related technical field
• 8+ years of experience in manufacturing quality assurance; aerospace experience preferred
• Minimum 5 years in a leadership or supervisory role
• Strong background in AS9100 / ISO 9001 / ISO 14001 systems and auditing processes
• Experience managing supplier audits, NCRs, CARs, and continuous improvement projects
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and communicate with all organizational levels
