• Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers via phone, text, or email
• Guide customers to the best solutions for buying or selling a home
• Handle live phone calls and inquiries from the customer queue
• Match prospective customers with local agents for home tours or consultations
• Become an expert on all real estate products and services offered by the employer

• Active real estate license required
• Previous inside sales experience preferred; consideration for customer service or real estate experience
• Strong multitasking skills
• Clear and concise verbal and written communication abilities
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system is preferred

• Real estate transaction experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office or Google Suite is a plus
