PIZZA CHEF – JOIN OUR CASINO CULINARY TEAM!

Are you passionate about crafting delicious, high-quality pizzas? Do you thrive in a lively, fast‑paced kitchen where your creativity and skills can shine? Our popular casino restaurant is looking for a talented Pizza Chef to join our culinary family!

• Prepare a variety of specialty pizzas using recipes crafted by our Sous Chef and Executive Chef.
• Serve guests with fresh, flavorful slices and our house‑made gelato from the counter.
• Ensure every dish meets our high standards for quality, portioning, and visual presentation.
• Follow ticket procedures—no plate leaves without one!
• Maintain a spotless, organized, and well‑stocked workstation throughout your shift.
• Sanitize and disinfect work areas, cutting boards, and prep tables to meet all Health Department and company standards.
• Properly wrap, label, date, and store ingredients in designated areas.
• Support food prep between the main kitchen line and pizza station, and assist the Sushi Chef when needed.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen leadership and maintain a positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Provide exceptional guest interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Perform other duties as needed to support the culinary team.

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous experience preparing and cooking pizzas required.
• Knowledge of kitchen safety procedures and basic cooking skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain composure in potentially stressful situations.
• Must have job‑related tools.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
• Well‑groomed appearance and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, with variable overtime.
• Ability to tolerate environments with secondary smoke, high noise levels, bright lights, and dust.
