Job Summary: Under general supervision, provides a dining experience that meets or exceeds guests' expectations and facilitates food service by performing cleaning, stocking, and serving duties; and performs other duties as required.

Supervision Exercised: Exercises no supervision.

Essential Functions: (This class specification may not include all duties listed, nor do the examples cover all duties that may be performed.)

  • Wipe tables and seats with damp cloth, replace dirty tablecloths, set tables with clean linens, place settings, condiments, and other supplies, practicing high standards of guest service.
  • Scrape and stack dirty dishes; carry dishes and soiled tableware to the kitchen; remove trash and clean up spills to ensure excellent food service.
  • Receive beverage orders from guests and deliver promptly; ensure guests are supplied with water, coffee, and condiments to support servers.
  • Replenish supplies of linens, flatware, glassware, and dishes; stock and refill condiment containers during the shift to maintain a safe and sanitary environment.
  • Respond to guests' questions about casino promotions, events, and programs to assist and promote guest engagement.
  • Respond courteously to inquiries within the area of assignment.

    • Additional Responsibilities: Fill beverage and ice dispensers; locate items requested by guests; perform other duties as assigned.
