Superpawn is seeking entry-level, full-time Retail Sales Associates to join our pawn store team. Earn hourly wages plus commission on transactions, with up to 8% commission and potential add-ons. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, Earned Wage Access, vacation and sick leave, 401k, and employee discounts.
Stores operate typically 9AM–6PM with some locations closed Sundays. Applicants should be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends.
