What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Lead and scale inside sales or demand generation teams to drive pipeline growth and revenue
  • Develop and implement comprehensive outbound and inbound sales strategies
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align messaging and execute demand generation campaigns
  • Utilize CRM platforms and analytics tools for pipeline forecasting and performance reporting

What is Required (Qualifications):
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Inside Sales, Marketing, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales funnels and pipeline generation strategies
  • Expertise in CRM platforms and marketing automation systems
  • Proven ability to analyze funnel metrics and make data-driven decisions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Master’s degree (MBA) is a strong plus, especially for global-scale roles
  • Experience with AI-driven sales tools and managing offshore/nearshore sales teams
  • Relevant professional certifications in sales leadership or demand generation
  • Multilingual capabilities depending on regions served
