Responsibilities
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving monthly sales goals for strategic products such as Voice, High-Speed Data, and TV
  • Consult with customers to identify their technology needs and recommend TDS product solutions
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base by addressing billing inquiries and service requests
  • Stay updated on promotions, products, and technology to meet or exceed sales goals
  • Participate in special projects as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in a sales role
  • 2+ years of experience using a PC with various software applications
  • Strong negotiation, selling, and closing skills
  • Ability to handle a high volume of phone calls in a structured environment
  • Must adhere to attendance guidelines to meet business needs
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months of experience in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks
  • Familiarity with the telecommunications industry and its products and services
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to work overtime with advance notice and on a rotating Saturday schedule
