Esler Companies – Renewal by Andersen is hiring motivated, goal-oriented people to join our Proximity Marketing Team. This role is more than knocking on doors. It’s where over 40% of our leaders began their careers. Backgrounds in hospitality, customer service, retail, or the military tend to thrive here, but we welcome anyone who’s positive, driven, and ready for a challenge. You ll receive paid training, earn hourly pay plus performance bonuses, and build real sales skills.

This is an active, face-to-face role where you ll be out in neighborhoods connecting with homeowners who already know our brand. If you’re outgoing and ready to grow, we’d love to meet you.

• Customer Engagement: Approaching potential customers at their door to identify their needs.

• Previous experience in sales or canvassing a plus but not required.
• Customer Service experience required.
• Ability to work independently but also in a team environment.
• Reliable transportation to the office.
