• Develop and implement tailored CBRN deployment plans and strategies based on specific localities
• Manage MDDP tasking systems and coordinate operational requests and deployment data
• Support the creation of operational support products including SOPs and training documentation
• Identify training requirements and develop comprehensive training plans for MDDP
• Administer property management, including fleet management and equipment inventory support

• Active Secret security clearance or higher
• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in radiological and nuclear detection and training
• Experience with special event operations, including SEAR or NSSE events
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with various radiation detection equipment

• Experience in CBRN training and exercises
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including report writing
• Radiation Worker training and experience working with radioactive materials
• Familiarity with various A/V equipment
