HVAC Service Technician

This position is based on our campus in Madison, WI, and requires relocation. We offer financial relocation assistance. We are seeking a skilled Commercial Kitchen Equipment and Refrigeration Technician to maintain our state-of-the-art kitchens and onsite bakeries. Your role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining commercial kitchen appliances, refrigeration systems, and HVAC equipment across our 9 million square foot campus. Your expertise will ensure minimal downtime and seamless operations, supporting our culinary team.

• Refrigeration:
  Walk-in coolers/freezers, blast chillers, ice machines
• Cooking Equipment:
  Commercial ovens, fryers, steam kettles, tilt skillets
• Ventilation & HVAC:
  Exhaust hoods, rooftop HVAC units, make-up air systems
• Sanitation:
  High-capacity dishwashers, automated sanitation systems

Minimum qualifications include:

• CFC Universal Certification
• EPA 608 certification
• Eligibility to work in the US without sponsorship
• Willingness to relocate to Madison, WI
• COVID-19 vaccination
• At least 3 years of experience in:
• Commercial kitchen equipment service and repair
• Refrigeration system installation and maintenance
• Electrical troubleshooting
• Gas-fired equipment and piping systems
