Accounts Receivable Clerk | Royal Truck Body | Carson, CA

Regular Employee | Salary Non-Exempt | $26.00 - 29.00

As the Accounts Receivable Specialist for Royal Truck Body based in Carson, CA, you will be accountable for invoice management, collections, and customer account maintenance. You will also be instrumental for ensuring accurate billing, timely payments, and provide administrative support to the accounting team.

• Prepare and send accurate invoices and process daily invoices and credits
• Monitor and resolve delivery log discrepancies across all locations
• Follow up on past-due accounts, document collection efforts, and update aging reports
• Process deposits (check, cash, ACH) and maintain customer database in SAGE

• Manage credit applications and maintain A/R files
• Email monthly statements and close A/R promptly after month-end
• Provide backup reception and general office support as needed
• Assist with special projects and clerical tasks

• High School Diploma or GED
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable or experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, with intermediate skills in Excel, preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication skills.
• Typing speed of 45 wpm

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or finance
