Senior Accountant

Sr. Accountant – Carson, CA (On‑site)

Full‑time position located at 900 Watson Center Road, Carson, CA 90745, United States. Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 per year.

• Prepare reports of key operational metrics to track performance, forecast, and budget.
• Analyze operational performance versus profit plan and produce related reports for operational personnel.
• Prepare, analyze, and review product margins, including DVP analysis.
• Prepare month‑end general ledger entries and deliver accurate trial balance data.
• Execute month‑end ERP processing, run ME reports, close current month, and open new month.
• Monitor daily ERP interface to Oracle General Ledger and Accounts Receivable, troubleshooting issues.
• Calculate and validate CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) savings.
• Manage fixed assets: RFA, project accounting, asset tag management, disposition, and Capital Status Report.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations.
• Conduct monthly internal audits (ASATS) per audit procedures and compliance calendar.
• Maintain full compliance with company policies and conduct activities in accordance with business conduct standards.
• Ensure all work activities meet established safety and environmental standards.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution; 5+ years of professional accounting experience; legally authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available.

• Degree in accounting, finance, business, or related discipline.
• Experience in aerospace and/or manufacturing environment.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple large projects across all organizational levels.
• Experience with SOX Section 404 controls and compliance.
• Exceptional written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects and deliver under tight deadlines and resource constraints.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
• Familiarity with cost accounting.

Must be able to work on site in Carson, California; remote work is not considered.
