Accounts Payable Associate (Entry-Level)
About the RoleWe’re looking for a detail-oriented recent college graduate to join our finance team as an Accounts Payable Associate. This is an excellent opportunity to start your accounting or finance career in a supportive, fast-paced environment where accuracy and organization matter.
Key Responsibilities- Process vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
- Match invoices with purchase orders and receipts
- Assist with weekly/monthly accounts payable runs
- Maintain organized digital and physical records
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing questions
- Support month-end close activities
- Assist the accounting team with ad-hoc projects as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Internship or coursework related to accounting or finance
- Experience with accounting software (Quick Books, Net Suite, SAP, or similar)
