Customs Entry Writer

We are looking for a Customs Entry Writer to process customs clearances for imports, ensuring regulations are followed and accurate documentation.

Location: 18620 Harmon Ave., Carson, CA 90746

• Process customs clearances for imports, adhering to all relevant customs regulations and company standard operating procedures.
• Conduct Importer Security Filing.
• Track and trace shipments to ensure information is up-to-date.
• Communicate directly with clients, freight forwarders, and other related parties through email and phone.
• Manage documentation and archive records and documents efficiently.
• Oversee data management for client reports.
• Ensure timely billing and invoicing for clients.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Must be able to commute to the office; hybrid work options may be available.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
• Willingness to work weekends or night shifts is a plus.
• Bilingual ability in English and Korean is required.

The base salary range for this role is between $50,000 - $60,000 yearly, and your base salary will depend on your experiences, qualifications, and skills.
