Responsibilities- Lead new warehouse setup projects, including layout design reviews, SOP development, and KPI framework creation.
- Analyze operational processes and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead WMS enhancement activities, including data uploads, system testing, and validation.
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve productivity.
- Create training materials and deliver operational training to site teams.
- Analyze operational KPIs and execute improvement action plans.
- Collaborate with PI, IT, and operations teams to enhance overall warehouse performance.
- Serve as Project Manager for new customer onboarding and operational transition projects.
- Hands‑on WMS/ERP operational experience and participation in system or process improvement projects.
- Experience in B2B/B2C fulfillment environments (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field.
- 5–7+ years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
- Strong analytical abilities with a proven track record of KPI‑driven decision‑making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel within the U.S.
- Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, metrics‑driven environment.
