Job OverviewPowering teamwork, we need a Manager, Sales Support to lead the Customer Support team, ensuring accurate order processing, customer RFQs, and billing while collaborating with Supply Chain and Program Management to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities- Process internal and external purchase orders and requests in a timely manner.
- Review customer orders (EDI, web portal, e‑mail) for accuracy.
- Proactively identify and resolve order issues, maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Understand and document all aspects of the Order Management process.
- Train Order Processors and provide guidance on issue resolution.
- Evaluate, refine, and document current processes and procedures.
- Partner with Sales, Operations, Quality & Finance to streamline inter‑departmental processes.
- Maintain and update the order processing manual and daily order deck.
- Monitor order processing productivity and SOM activity.
- Resolve complex customer issues and develop solutions.
- Maintain accurate reporting on customers and internal teams.
- Manage backlog and billing processes.
- Continuously train team on M3 products and order processes.

Education
:
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field (preferred).
Experience
: 5+ years in Order Management processing; 2+ years leading or managing people.
Other Skills
:
Problem‑solving, well‑organized, detail‑oriented, accurate, excellent written and verbal communication, advanced Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word. Knowledge of basic ERP/MRP functions preferred.
